Kingdom Tales - Elementary

Lesson Goal: The children will learn that they should act on their faith. There are a number of ways they can learn this, including stepping out on beliefs, sharing faith with others and doing what you know God wants you to do.
Bible Story: Jesus and the sick woman(Matthew 9)
Main Point: I Will Show My Faith Through My Actions!
Bible Verse: "Now someone may argue, 'Some people have faith; others have good deeds.' But I say, 'How can you show me your faith if you don't have good deeds? I will show you my faith by my good deeds.'" (James 2:18b NLT)
Parents: Take time to talk to talk to your kids about acting on their faith. See the lesson goal above for ways in which we can do this. Ask them if they can give examples of times that they have acted in faith, and talk to them about times you have done it as well.




Kingdom Tales - Toddlers & Pre-School

Lesson Goal: The children will learn that they should do what the Bible says.
Bible Story: Philip and the Eunuch (Acts 8:26-38)
Main Point: I Will Do What The Bible Says (Armor of God: Sword)
Parents: Take time to emphasize to your child(ren) that the Bible is true, and God gave it to us to help us. That's why we should do what it says! Imagine how much more blessed their lives will be if they learn this now!




Bible Reading Plan: We are reading Matthew 9 this week. It's so important for your kids to read the Bible every day! Make a decision to help them get in the habit now!
